![]() Combined with the companion image browser you can now set up a layout where you use Fast video cataloger as an image browser for the companion images you have added. ![]() The preview image displays the currently selected companion image and you can zoom with the mouse wheel. The other window we added is basically an image viewer. This new window will hopefully make it much easier to clean up and use video companion images. If you hold shift when removing a companion image you will remove that companion image from all videos in your catalog that has it. You can multi-select videos and remove companions you do not want in your collection. The video companion image browser windows show thumbnails of all companion images for the selected video and it does it pretty fast. In this version, we have added two new windows that you can use in your layouts. Read about what you can configure in the video player here.Video thumbnails – new windows for your layouts In fact, we have a number of players rolled into one. There are lots of ways to configure the integrated video player. Just add your preferred video editing software in the preferences and you can launch any video in your editor with a click on your mouse. In the Fast Video Cataloger Preferences under the Files menu option, provide the path to any application for playing video clips. If you prefer another player than the embedded one you simply launch videos in your favorite player instead. We also have support for batch capture that allows you to capture a number of closely spaced thumbnails at a time in the video where you need more details. The manual capture thumbnail allows you to easily add or change thumbnails to better visualize that part of the video. You can use the video player to add a new thumbnail for a scene at any time while you are playing your videos.
